Dr. Berger Shares His Anti-Aging Secrets

Various lotions, treatments and serums found on the aisle of any local drugstore promise to reduce the signs of aging. While these treatments might help reduce the superficial appearance of aging, they do little to help the underlying cause. Anti-aging isn’t something that can be purchased from the store, but there are ways to effectively turn back the hands of time and to look and feel younger. Dr. Andre Berger, a doctor specializing in anti-medicine, shares many of his secrets in his new book The Beverly Hills Anti-Aging Prescription, available on Amazon.
Dr. Berger’s book details the anti-aging treatments and protocols that he uses at Rejuvalife Vitality Institute located in Beverly Hills, California. He believes that aging is dependent on a couple key factors, specifically genetics and environment. While genes are determined before birth and are unchangeable, people have a great level of control over their environment. By making positive changes in the way patients eat, sleep, exercise and interact with their environments and by naturally balancing hormone levels Dr. Berger has successfully helped thousands of patients regain their youthful vitality.
Dr. Berger said, “Think of your environment—light, water, food, air, and lifestyle—as a hearty, homemade soup. Many ingredients must come together successfully for the soup to be tasty and nutritious. Too much of one ingredient can throw the balance off. If you add too little of another, or add a wrong (or poor quality) ingredient, you would not want to eat it at all, and yet when all ingredients come together under the right conditions, the result is just perfect.
… For an anti-aging program to be successful, it is essential to improve the environment that our genes live in. If your soup is clean and robust, you have the best chance of aging slowly. When your soup is dirty, it’s more conducive to negative gene expression and degenerative changes. It’s really that simple.”
Throughout the book Dr. Berger discusses key elements that are essential for optimal aging including nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management and hormone replacement therapy. As an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery he also discusses ways to improve appearance and look younger despite aging. The book focuses on positive change and helping to provide individuals with the tools needed to properly nourish and cultivate the best environment possible for aging.
