Meet Andre Berger, MD

Physician-Led Aesthetics and Longevity Medicine in Beverly Hills

I am Andre Berger, MD, founder and medical director of Rejuvalife Vitality Institute in Beverly Hills.

For decades, I have practiced medicine with one basic principle: patients deserve thoughtful evaluation, honest recommendations, and care that is based on experience—not trends.

At Rejuvalife, I apply that same principle to aesthetic medicine, regenerative treatments, body contouring, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and longevity medicine.

My Medical Background

My medical background includes:

  • Medical degree from the University of Ottawa
  • Training in Internal Medicine and Clinical Pharmacology at McGill University
  • Board certification by the American Board of Emergency Medicine for 20 years
  • Diplomate of the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine
  • Decades of experience in cosmetic medicine, regenerative aesthetics, and age-management care

This background gives me a broad medical perspective. I do not look at aesthetic treatments as isolated procedures. I look at the patient, the anatomy, the medical history, the aging process, and the long-term goal.

Why I Created Rejuvalife

I created Rejuvalife because I wanted to offer a more complete approach to aging.

Most patients do not come in with just one issue. They may notice facial volume loss, skin laxity, weight gain, fatigue, poor sleep, reduced libido, muscle loss, hormonal changes, or changes in confidence.

These are often connected.

A traditional medspa may treat the face. A weight-loss clinic may treat the scale. A hormone clinic may treat a lab value. But patients need someone to look at the full picture.

That is what we do at Rejuvalife.

My Aesthetic Philosophy

I believe the best cosmetic work should make you look better, not different.

The goal is not to erase every line or create an artificial look. The goal is to restore balance, improve skin quality, support facial structure, and help you look healthier and more rested.

I prefer results that are natural, conservative, and believable.

Patients should still look like themselves.

My Longevity Philosophy

Aging is not just cosmetic. It is biological.

Hormones change. Muscle declines. Metabolism slows. Sleep becomes more difficult. Recovery takes longer. Fat distribution changes. Energy and motivation may decrease.

When appropriate, these issues deserve medical evaluation—not dismissal.

At Rejuvalife, longevity medicine may include hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, nutrition strategy, resistance-training support, and personalized age-management planning.

The purpose is not simply to live longer. It is to live with better function, energy, strength, and confidence.

Regenerative Aesthetics

I have a special interest in regenerative and biostimulatory treatments because they align with how I believe aesthetic medicine is evolving.

Instead of only filling or freezing, regenerative aesthetics focuses on stimulating collagen, improving tissue quality, restoring volume, and supporting natural structure.

At Rejuvalife, this may include Sculptra®, Radiesse®, Renuva®, AlloClae™, PRP/PRF, PDGF+, regenerative microneedling, exosomes, and related protocols.

How I Consult With Patients

My consultation style is direct and educational.

I want patients to understand:

  • What is really causing the concern
  • What options exist
  • Which treatments are appropriate
  • Which treatments are not appropriate
  • What results are realistic
  • What risks exist
  • How much downtime to expect
  • Whether a staged plan makes more sense

I do not believe in pressure. I believe in clarity.

When I Recommend Against Treatment

Sometimes the most important thing a physician can do is recommend against a treatment.

I may recommend against treatment if:

  • The expected result is unrealistic
  • The risk is too high
  • The anatomy is not appropriate
  • Another treatment would be better
  • The patient needs medical optimization first
  • The patient is being pushed toward the wrong solution
  • The timing is not right

This is part of responsible aesthetic medicine.

Who Is a Good Fit for My Practice?

My practice is a good fit for patients who want:

  • A physician’s judgment
  • Natural-looking results
  • Honest recommendations
  • A more complete anti-aging strategy
  • Help with both appearance and vitality
  • Regenerative aesthetic options
  • Medical weight-loss guidance
  • Hormone optimization
  • Body contouring and facial rejuvenation
  • Long-term maintenance, not short-term fixes
