Precision TX and MyEllevate are separate minimally invasive cosmetic procedures that are usually performed in combination:
Precision TX applies laser energy to tighten the skin tissues and melt excess fat that is then removed by gentle liposuction.
MyEllevate is a procedure in which permanent sutures are placed under the skin to lift the skin of the neck after the Precision TX procedure is completed.
The Precision TX and MyEllevate procedure requires the wearing of a chin/head band for three consecutive days initially and subsequently for 2 weeks only evenings and at night. A soft cervical collar must also be worn continuously for 10 days. You can resume most of your normal activities immediately after treatment.
MyEllevate uses sutures to gently pull and lift the underlying tissues. The heat energy generated by the Precision TX laser stimulates collagen production to restore volume loss and tighten the skin. Collagen is an important protein naturally found in the skin. It gives structure and firmness to the skin but as we age, collagen production decreases and the skin starts to sag.
Since Precision TX works by stimulating collagen production, results will develop gradually over time – usually within 3-5 months. The results of your Precision TX treatment last about 3-5 plus years. Similarly, MyEllevate lasts up to 5-plus years. Results are immediately seen following treatment.
