Hi Def VASER Liposuction is an advanced approach to body sculpting using special techniques designed to define the optimal anatomy of men and women. It eliminates the anatomical camouflage that inhibits individuals from showing off their defined healthy athletic physique. High Def VASER Liposuction eliminates unnecessary fat deposits and accentuates defined natural muscular anatomy.

Patients who are thin can look more muscular and patients who are of average weight can show off a more defined athletic physique than they would otherwise be able to achieve simply by working out at the gym. For those who are indeed athletic but would like to have more apparent muscle definition, High Def VASER Liposuction can enhance that for them. Patients who are overweight and cannot show off their underlying anatomy can indeed get to a point where it can be defined and demonstrated.

How does it work?

Hi-Definition VASER Liposuction is a procedure that involves the extraction of fat using VASER ultrasonic liposuction technology. This is a unique method that emulsifies fat in a very uniform, predictable way, allowing the surgeon to sculpt the body using very precise anatomical markings that directly represents the patient’s optimal underlying muscular physique. This technique is a bit different from traditional liposuction, where the goal is not to demonstrate true defined muscular physical appearance, but simply to improve the shape and the contour of the patient by contouring and reducing some of the extra fat. High Def VASER Liposuction is taking liposuction to the next level, and that’s why it’s so unique.

The Hi-Definition VASER Liposuction procedure involves a minimally invasive approach. In some cases, it can be done primarily with light oral sedation and local tumescent anesthesia. However, more often it does require IV sedation or general anesthesia. Nonetheless, it is a procedure that allows Dr. Berger to sculpt and to contour a defined athletic body.

What to expect with HIgh def vaser liposuction

This technique is similar to traditional liposuction techniques as far as preparation and the basics of the procedure go. Beyond that, it is a longer procedure due to the very meticulous, detailed sculpting. This results in a longer procedure than a standard liposuction procedure.

Liposuction recovery is also somewhat different and more involved than traditional liposuction. Since High Def VASER Liposuction is a bit more aggressive, there’s more trauma to the body, resulting in a longer healing process. Recovery often involves the use of more compression environments, hyperbaric oxygen, massage, methodic message, therapeutic ultrasound, great nutrition, and descriptive exercise.

Most patients who travel from out of town for this procedure should plan on staying for about eight days before they are ready to return home. Most patients will need 24 to 48 hours of care with some caregiving attention because they will be encumbered by their dressings and their compression environments. They will also be medicated for a period of time in order to ensure their comfort during their initial recovery. However, the results are progressive immediately. In about two to three months when the healing process is well-matured, patients will be able to see their optimal, ideal, and athletic appearance.
